Recommended Regional Settings

PetroVR supports and adopts any set of Windows Regional Settings, but note:

• The date format is taken from the The System Initialization File (petrovr.ini), overruling the Windows setting.
• Digit grouping (e.g., thousand) separators are not supported or displayed.

Some restrictions must be observed regarding separators. Please check the following options in your Windows Regional Settings:

• The decimal separator must be different from the digit grouping separator.
• The decimal separator must be different from the list (data) separator.
• All separators must be only 1 character.
• Separator characters cannot be blank.

Also, to ensure correct interaction with MS Excel, Excel must be configured to use system separators. See Communication with MS Excel.
